Refund Policy
The Company offers seven (7) day, 100% Money Back, and Satisfaction Guarantee to all subscribers. The seven (7) days, 100% Money Back Guarantee, starts from the date of purchase, includes weekends, and applies to the initial purchase of Membership & EBC Package. If a subscriber is dissatisfied with the service for any reason, the subscriber may receive a refund within seven (7) days of the subscriber’s initial purchase, for a full refund of the purchased price. All other warranties and guarantees are disclaimed. Also the COMPANY reserves the right to ask customers to confirm their refund request. If the customer does not confirm it within 3 calendar days, then the refund request is considered as invalid and it is annulled.. After seven (7) days, your purchase will no longer be refundable.
There will be NO REFUNDS for subscription renewals that have not been cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated herein, Company makes no warranty or representation as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship or any other warranty concerning any product or service purchased from or through Company.
METHODS OF CANCELLATION:
Cancel Online
You can log in to your Wisetool account and cancel your subscription without needing to contact your Wisetool Sponsor or contacting the company. Note that you must use method two (2)if you are requesting a refund per our refund policy.
Request a refund by Support Ticket system
To request your refund with Wisetool, submit a cancellation request through our Ticket Support System. If you are requesting a refund per our refund policy, please also include the transaction receipt sent to you via email by Wisetool upon your initial registration.
IMPORTANT CANCELLATION DISCLOSURE:
If you elect to receive a refund from Wisetool, you will not be eligible to re-register or have any purchasing activity with us for at least six (6) months from the date that your refund is initiated. Wisetool revolve around the release of intellectual property and often involve independent contractor commissions so in an effort to protect ourselves we strictly abide by our refund policy and do not make exceptions.
